The ordering process is simple

  • For your first order, click Shop, then select Create Account.
  • Enter your zip code to explore delivery options available to you.
  • Fill in your contact and account information.
  • For Local Home Delivery: select “Home and Office Delivery” as your pickup option.
  • Fill your cart and when you checkout, you’ll be asked to complete your delivery information.
  • To Select a Pickup Location: the locations near your zip will be listed – All pick up locations are free to use. Find the most convenient and select it. We offer several pickup locations, including QC Farmer's Market in Rock Island, NOSH in Geneseo, Cornucopia in Galesburg and Farm Pickup.
  • If you choose QC Farmer's Market you will be given the option to Pay at Pick-up. This function is intended for people using EBT or cash payment. If you plan to pay with a credit card at pick up, please go ahead and enter that information into your account when setting up.
  • For UPS Delivery: We offer 1-4 day UPS ground. Entering your zip code will determine which option works for you. 1 day and 2 day is year round, 3 day is fall, winter, spring, 4 day is winter only.

Once you set up your account and choose a pick up or delivery location, you’ll receive a reminder email to place your order by the location deadline. You never need to worry about forgetting to order! Sit back and relax and we package your order by hand. You'll receive one more final order confirmation message with the final bill amount after weights have been calculated.

FAQ

Q: How far do you deliver?

A: We delivery utilizing UPS to the lower 48 states in the winter.  Our longest distances are restricted during the warmer parts of the year. When you select your delivery zone, the available shipping dates will appear on your account.

Q: When will my card be charged

A: Since many of the items are priced by weight, you are given an estimated weight for each item at checkout. When we put the order together, we will adjust the price to the actual weight and charge your card at that time and prior to delivery. 

Q: Is there a minimum amount I can order?

A: No, but keep in mind that there is a $10 delivery fee for local home delivery for orders under $150.00. So make the most of your fee to spread the cost out over your items, or spend enough to get free delivery.

Q: Do I have to be home to receive my order? 

A: UPS orders ship in an insulated box with an eco-friendly liner and dry ice that will keep your meat frozen for 48 hours.

A: Home delivery - Please leave an insulated cooler large enough for your order on your porch or near a door where we can leave your order. The driver will contact you during the delivery route with an estimated arrival. If you forget to leave a cooler our driver will decide whether or not to leave your order taking all things into consideration.
