Our chicken backs are what remain after the breasts, wings, thighs and drumsticks have been removed. We believe in utilizing the whole animal and these nutrient dense backs are great for healthy recipes.
The backs are fairly meaty and are typically used to make bone broth or stock and to harvest the remaining meat.
Or some may choose to use these as part of a raw pet food diet, but always consult your vet before feeding your furry family member.
