Full of flavor for that special occasion. Our bone in rib roasts are great for slow cooking. The bones are not frenched or trimmed. Contains 3-4 rib bones. Our animals are smaller so sizes will be smaller. Please specify  desired size in your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate you.
