Barbacoa Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- (1) Arm Roast
- (12 ounces) Can of Beer - your favorite
- (1 medium) Yellow Onion, quartered
- (2 Tbsp) Taco Seasoning
- (A Pinch) Sea salt
- (A Pinch) Black Pepper
- (1 Tbsp) White Vinegar
- (3) Bay Leaves
- (1 Tbsp) Garlic, minced
- (10-12) Tortilla Shells
- (As Desired) Cheese, Lettuce, Cilantro, Salsa, Guacamole, Etc.
Directions
Barbacoa Beef Tacos
- Thaw the roast in the refrigerator. This may take up to 2 days.
- Once it is thawed, gather your ingredients and your slow cooker.
- Pour the contents of the beer into the slow cooker.
- Remove roast from plastic and discard any bone guards.
- Place the roast into the slow cooker and then season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
- Next, add the garlic, vinegar, bay leaves and quartered onion to the slow cooker.
- Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once tender enough to flake with a fork, remove the bay leaves and place the meat onto a platter.
- Flake with a fork and serve with any additional toppings.
