1 pkg of Grateful Graze Pork Cutlets
Prepare 3 dredging bowls - one with flour, one with 2 beaten Grateful Graze Eggs, one with Panko Bread Crumbs
Heat a heavy skillet on the stove top starting with 2 tbs of Avocado Oil, and 1 tbs of butter
Salt and Pepper cutlets
Dredge the cutlet in the flour, then egg, then Panko and lay into the hot skillet
Cook for 3-5 minutes each side
You may need to cook in batches. Add more oil and butter between batches and allow it heat back up before putting cutlets into the pan.
