Our Butterfly Pork Chops are great on a bun or all by themselves on a plate. with this dish, I seasoned the chop and put it on the grill. On the stove, I sautéed some onion and prepared minced garlic in olive oil. I keep chopped onion in a ziplock bag in my freezer making it easy to add to any dish. I had a bag of spinach that needed to be used and some leftover carrots from a dinner out the night before. I tossed it all in the hot pan with the onion and garlic until it wilted and seasoned with salt and pepper.
The entire meal start to finish took 15 minutes. Learn to work with what you have in the fridge!
