PORK: Timber Raised: Ribs

Our pigs live in our timber at our home ranch. They are rotated to different areas around the ranch on a regular basis enjoying the shade and adventures of living in the timber finding walnuts and hickory nuts which add to their amazing flavor. They are fed homemade and homegrown Non-GMO feed.
